Sexual Assault Case Filed Against K Sera Sera Chairman Satish Panchariya After Ex-Employee Accuses Him Of Rape

An FIR has been registered against two prominent figures in the entertainment and business sectors — Satish Panchariya, Chairman of K Sera Sera Group, and Nikita Rattanshi, Director of Chhotu Maharaj Cinema, as per a report in Bollywood Hungama. The FIR, filed at Amboli Police Station under the MHA’s directive (Order No: F.No.15011/01/2025-SC/ST-W (S)), is based on serious accusations including repeated sexual assault, criminal conspiracy and extortion.
What the case is all about
A foreign national and former director at the company has accused Panchariya of repeatedly raping and assaulting her over a span of two years. The alleged attacks, which were reportedly disguised as professional meetings, are said to have occurred within the company’s office.
One of the most serious incidents, according to the survivor, took place on December 3, 2024. She claims she was physically overpowered, threatened with gang rape, and warned of an acid attack. The survivor also alleges that local police initially refused to register a First Information Report (FIR) and instead attempted to mediate a private settlement between her family and the accused within the police station.
According to the same entertainment portal, the FIR accuses Panchariya and Rattanshi of running a large criminal network. They are said to have illegally pirated Indian films and distributed them in countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. The report also mentions a harmful “casting couch” culture, where aspiring actors were taken advantage of.
The charges include stock market manipulation and illegal money transfers through fake companies. The two are accused of using the names of low-level staff, like maids and peons, to hide these transactions. They allegedly defrauded more than Rs. 25 crores with fake investment schemes.
