Anupam Kher Reveals Musical Stars Of Tanvi The Great, Including MM Keeravani, Sonu Nigam

Veteran actor Anupam Kher is returning to direction after 23 years. Following his directorial debut with Om Jai Jagdish, Kher is now at the helm of Tanvi The Great, a project he is also producing. The film is set to have its world premiere at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. After recently unveiling the first look of the film, Kher has now revealed an exciting roster of artists who have contributed to the soundtrack of Tanvi The Great.

On April 21, Anupam Kher took to his official Instagram account to share photos with the talented musicians of Tanvi The Great. In the caption, the veteran actor revealed an exciting detail: the incredible MM Keeravani had already recorded all the songs for the film even before the shooting began.

“With the magic of Keeravani sir we have the most melodious music for #TanviTheGreat. And our singers are a great mix of legends and new comers. #SonuNigam and #Shaan are personal friends apart from being great legendary singers. VishalMishra is a sensational singer! (sic),” he wrote.

The veteran actor also shared that Shagun and Gomathi will be making their singing debut with Tanvi The Great.

In addition, Anupam Kher’s directorial Tanvi The Great features an English track sung by Shannon K, daughter of the legendary Kumar Sanu, alongside Dirty Grim. “There is a special singer Ms. Kumudwathi Aparajitha! Album also includes a soulful song my Keeravani sir himself! My heart and soul – both are singing! Waiting for the world to listen to these unbelievable voices! Jai Ho (sic),” he added.

Produced by Anupam Kher Studio and NDFC, Tanvi The Great stars Iain Glen, Sammy Jonas Heaney, and Vrinda Kher. While the film is set to premiere at Cannes, the official theatrical release date has yet to be announced by the makers.
