I have made so many versions of overnight oats, especially since my Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats are the most popular recipe on my site so I know you guys love overnight oats. These Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats are my favorite that I have ever made though. I can’t believe that I hadn’t made these before! Seriously, if you try one kind of overnight oats, try these!
Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats Ingredients
- Oats– old fashioned works best but you can use quick oats in a pinch
- Milk of choice
- Plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla or raspberry)
- resBiotic prebeet Prebiotic Supplement- adds a delicious berry flavor and some gut and heart health benefits!
- Fresh or frozen raspberries- I like mashing them to disperse the flavor throughout the oats and topping with fresh raspberries
- Chia seeds
- Optional: vanilla protein powder– I love this for a boost of protein to keep me full throughout the morning
- Maple syrup
- Cocoa powder
How to Make Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats
First mix all of your ingredients together for overnight oats in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. I like making it all in one bowl and then when they are mixed up, I like to transfer to individual mason jars if you’re taking them on the go. For the raspberries, you can either add fresh raspberries or you can mash them and make a raspberry layer.
For the chocolate ganache layer, just mix together the maple syrup, cocoa powder and milk and add on top of the oat mixture in your jar. Let the oats sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours to soak up the liquid and soften the oats. Top with extra fresh raspberries if you like.
