Fendi Eaux d’Artifice ~ new perfume :: Now Smell This

Fendi has launched Eaux d’Artifice, a new fragrance. Eaux d’Artifice, like the high jewelry collection of the same name, celebrates the brands centenary.
The mineral beauty of a Roman fountain and the cold touch of high jewelry on skin.
Eaux d’Artifice is a tribute to Rome after dark – the Eternal City seen through the eyes of Delfina Delettrez Fendi. A live painting, inspired by the hypnotic ballet of water flowing over a marble fountain. A fragrance like a spectacle: mineral and aquatic, dense and fluid, with the quiet intensity of a moonlit stage.
“Perfume, like jewelry, is a silent accessory that sends messages about who we are or who we want to be.” – Delfina Delettrez Fendi
Created by perfumer Jérôme di Marino, the composition opens with a mineral and aquatic accord, enhanced by the aromatic freshness of juniper. Subtle metallic notes evoke lucky coins tossed into the fountain, a jeweler’s tribute rendered in fragrance, worn close to the skin like a necklace.
Additional notes include cypress.
Fendi Eaux d’Artifice is $330 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
