Want to make something warm for the kids for lunch but don’t have a lot of time? Try these really easy Toasted Chicken & Cheese Wraps.
Ready in just 5 minutes, they’re quick and simple to put together, have just 5 basic ingredients and make a nice change from sandwiches.

The first step is to mix up some chopped cooked chicken with grated cheese and mayonnaise.

Divide the mixture between two small wraps.
Then roll them up tightly.

Melt a little butter in a frying pan and add the wraps in.
Place them so that the seam of the wrap is facing down. This will help to seal the wraps shut.

Fry for a minute or less on each side until golden brown.
Then they’re ready to serve up.

I usually serve them with a selection of fruits and veggies plus a sweet treat like these mini biscuits.
