IPL 2025 Points Table, Orange Cap and Purple Cap After DC vs RCB:

Two mostly one-sided matches greeted us in the Super-Sunday of IPL 2025 on April 27. Mumbai Indians thrashed Lucknow Super Giants by 54 runs at the Wankhede Stadium in the afternoon before Royal Challengers Bengaluru thumped Delhi Capitals by six wickets at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in the evening.

In the first match, Suryakumar Yadav and Ryan Rickelton’s fifties took MI to a brilliant 215/7 in the first innings. In reply, Trent Boult took three wickets and Jasprit Bumrah picked four to bundle out LSG for 161.

In the second, senior pacers Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Josh Hazlewood picked up five wickets between them to keep DC down to 162/8. In reply, Virat Kohli and Krunal Pandya’s fifties saw the visitors home to their fifth consecutive win away from home.

RCB found immense joy at all three important tables. Check the updated rankings here:
